Problem Note 55845: When edited, a large comment is truncated in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

SAS Enterprise Case Management displays a Show More link for a large comment that enables you to view the complete comment. When you edit a comment that contains the Show More link, the system might truncate the comment text. When the problem occurs, you cannot edit the complete comment, and clicking Update saves the truncated comment.
To work around the problem, click Show More to display the complete comment before editing it.
