Problem Note 55832: System time zone settings with negative offsets cause errors in SAS® Studio

SAS Studio does not correctly handle system time zone settings with a negative offset (for example, time zone UTC+n). If your time zone has a negative offset, you might be unable to expand Snippets section in the navigation pane. The following error message is generated:
An unknown error occurred while processing your request. Contact your system administrator to resolve. You may need to reset your SAS session to continue working.
There might also be errors like the following in the workspace server logs:
