When you perform an upgrade-in-place of SAS Compliance Solutions 6.2 to 6.3, SAS generates errors in the fcf_update.log and the hpaml_update.log files.

Note: This issue occurs in SAS^® Anti-Money Laundering 6.2 and in SAS^® Customer Due Diligence 6.2 from SAS^® 9.4, Rev. 940_14w14. However, it does not occur in the first maintenance release for SAS 9.4 (TS1M1).

When this problem occurs, the following errors are generated in the log files:

fcf_update.log:

ERROR: Libref DB_KC is not assigned.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
ERROR: Libref DB_KC is not assigned.
ERROR: Execution canceled by an %ABORT CANCEL statement.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing due to receiving a CANCEL request.
ERROR: Errors printed on page 4.

hpaml_update.log:

ERROR: Libref DB_KC is not assigned.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
ERROR: Libref DB_KC is not assigned.
ERROR: Execution canceled by an %ABORT CANCEL statement.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing due to receiving a CANCEL request.
ERROR: Errors printed on page 4.
