Problem Note 55816: Web application fails to start after an upgrade-in-place to SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 6.3
After an upgrade-in-place to version 6.3, the SAS Anti-Money Laundering web application might fail to start. The problem also occurs with an upgrade-in-place to version 6.3 of SAS® Customer Due Diligence and SAS® High-Performance Anti-Money Laundering. When the problem occurs, the SAS server log contains the following error:
com.sas.svcs.config.client.ApplicationNotFoundException: Application 'Compliance Solutions Mid 6.2' does not exist.
