Problem Note 55738: SAS® Anti-Money Laundering might not enable you to route a case or a risk assessment

In SAS Anti-Money Laundering, you should be able to route a case or a risk assessment if you have the Route Cases or the Route Risk Assessments metadata capability, respectively. However, the system might not display a list of users to which you can route the case or risk assessment.
To work around this problem, grant the Route Alerts metadata capability to any users who need to route cases or risk assessments.
