Problem Note 55727: You might encounter an error when you remove an alert from a case with SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

In SAS Anti-Money Laundering, you might encounter the error below when you promote a suspect or when you remove an alert from the Case Details window and then refresh the page.
An unexpected error has occurred in the application. Please have an administrator review the system log.
To work around the problem, complete the following steps in this order:
- Promote the suspect.
- Save the case.
- Open the case.
- Delete alerts.
