Problem Note 55719: The R environment might terminate abnormally when called from SAS/IML on Linux platforms
On a Linux platform, R might terminate abnormally when invoked through a SUBMIT block in the IML procedure. This problem occurs when R has not been built from source.
A possible circumvention is to build R from source and define UNUSED as 1. This might not solve the problem in all cases.
