When using the SAS® Merchandise Solutions Configuration Workbench to run Model Analysis or Forecast Analysis, the aggregated price ratio values might be incorrect. While computing the aggregated price ratio as the mean of the lower level price ratios, a 0 is incorrectly used as one of the terms in the calculation. If the number of terms in the aggregation is large, the impact of this error is small, since the influence of an individual term in the computation of the mean is minimal. However, if there is only one term in the aggregation, the mean price ratio is zero.
