Problem Note 55673: The error "Publish failed to insert MARKETING_CELL records" occurs when you publish campaigns in SAS® Customer Intelligence

When you execute SAS Customer Intelligence campaigns, the publish process might fail intermittently with the following error:

MA Return Code: 806, MA Return Message: Macro[PUBLISH_MASTER]. 
Publish failed to insert MARKETING_CELL records with reason code SYSDBRC=[2631] and SYSDBMSG=[TERADATA: Transaction ABORTed due to Deadlock ], 
SAS Return Code: 100000 

This error occurs when the Reporting Common Data Model is deployed to a Teradata database.

In addition, the log contains a note similar to the following:

NOTE: The SQL statement cannot be executed directly against the database because
it involves heterogeneous data sources.

If you re-execute the campaign, it should run to completion.
