Problem Note 55641: You might experience a delay when you create a new case in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
You might experience a delay when you create a new case in SAS Enterprise Case Management. After you select the required fields and click OK in the New Case dialog box, the system might be slow to display the Case Information pane.
You might see the same problem when you create a new investigation in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering.
There is no workaround for this problem.
