Diagram counts should be updated whenever the diagram is referenced using a Link node in a campaign and when both of the following are true:

• A Cell node is marked as available for linking in the SAS^® Customer Intelligence Studio diagram.
• The Use the most current data when referenced by a link check box is selected in the diagram.

However, if the Link node has the Act as a marketing cell check box selected and if the diagram already has counts, the upstream diagram does not rerun when the campaign is executed. This behavior might result in the software using incorrect counts.

To work around this issue, do not select the Act as a marketing cell check box in the LinkCell node after the Link node and use the new cell as the marketing cell.
