Problem Note 55531: The single and double arrow icons do not respond to user input in a stored process multi-value select prompt that contains special characters
The single-arrow selection icon and the double-arrow "select all" icon in a multi–value select prompt might not work when the list of available prompt values contains at least one special character (for example, an arrow).

In the SAS® Stored Process prompt interface for web clients, the single and double selection arrows are properly displayed. However, the double-arrow icon for selecting all values is unresponsive. In addition, if the prompt value that contains the special character is selected by the end user from the Available list of values (individually or in a group), the single-arrow selection icon becomes unresponsive.
Currently the only circumvention is to modify your data so that no special characters exist in values that are used for SAS Stored Process dynamic prompts.
