Problem Note 55528: The thumbnail on the Web Resources tab of SAS® Digital Marketing Studio fails to show an image

The thumbnail on the Web Resources tab of SAS Digital Marketing Studio fails to show an image when you add a new web resource or when you review an existing web resource. When the image fails, a red X appears in that column, as shown below:
The failure of the image to appear is a display issue only. As a workaround, you can use the Insert Image plug-in in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio to display the image.
