Problem Note 55466: Opening a comparison report in SAS® Marketing Optimization might fail when the agent table is very large

When you open a comparison report in SAS Marketing Optimization, the report might fail. When a failure occurs, the following error message is generated in the SASMarketingOptimization_xxxx.log file:

This problem can occur when the agent table is quite large (more than 10,000 records).
As a workaround, you can either use the AGENT_CAPACITY table in the solution directory or export the Agent summary details.

Note: After you apply this hot fix, the Agent data is limited to displaying no more than 10,000 records.
