Problem Note 55447: An error is returned and you are unable to log on to SAS® Digital Marketing Studio and SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When logging on to SAS Digital Marketing Studio, you might receive an "unmarshalling" error message and be unable to log on successfully. The following error might be displayed to you and the sdm_studio.log file might also show this error message:
error unmarshalling return; nested exception is:
java.io.InvalidClassException: com.sas.email.rmi.BulkEmailSocketFactory; class
invalid for deserialization.
When logging on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you might receive a "no object in table" error message and be unable to log on successfully. The SASCustIntelStudio.log file might show the following error message:

java.rmi.NoSuchObjectException: no such object in table
at sun.rmi.transport.StreamRemoteCall.exceptionReceivedFromServer(StreamRemoteCall.java:287)
A possible workaround is to restart the SAS Digital Marketing Server.
