Problem Note 55355: The Custom Details tab is missing when you add a migrated communication definition that has custom details to a communication node
In SAS® Marketing Automation, when a migrated communication definition with custom detail is added to a Communication node, you might not see the Custom Details tab. However, the tab appears when you do the following:
- You close the Communication node by clicking the OK button.
- Then, you reopen the node.
This problem is caused by an issue in the migration code for the communication definitions.
To work around the problem, make any modification to the definition and resave it.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
