Problem Note 55338: Exported user-defined date values in SAS® Marketing Automation are incorrect when the middle-tier server and the client have different time zones
In SAS® Marketing Automation, exported user-defined date values are incorrect when the middle-tier server and the SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio client machine are set to different time zones. In this scenario, exported user-defined date values appear as the specified date minus one day. For example, 4/22/2015 appears as 4/21/2015.
To work around the issue, set the middle-tier server and the SAS Customer Intelligence Studio client machine to the same time zone.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
