Problem Note 55281: SAS® Digital Marketing Studio becomes unresponsive when you enter non-Latin characters into a blank HTML content page or into an SMS message text
SAS Digital Marketing Studio might become unresponsive when you enter non-Latin characters (for example, Finnish) into a blank HTML content page or into a Short Message Service (SMS) message text.
When this problem occurs, you might need to restart the SAS Digital Marketing Studio client via the Microsoft Windows Task Manager.
To work around this problem with the HTML content page, use a template HTML page (where HTML tags are present) rather than a blank page.
To work around this problem with SMS text, add a dummy XSL statement in the text before you add the non-Latin characters.
