Problem Note 55204: A user might be able to view a financial effect or recovery in SAS® Enterprise GRC without the proper credentials

In SAS Enterprise GRC, you might be able to view a financial effect or recovery when you do not have the assigned capabilities for the object. The problem occurs only for a financial effect or recovery that is not linked to an incident.
There is no workaround for this problem.
