Problem Note 55201: "Error: Repository Library - Operation failed" occurs when you launch DataFlux® Web Studio

When you launch DataFlux Web Studio, the following error might occur:
Failed to read row from target: Step: Access Repository Dashboard 1.
Error: Repository Library - Operation failed, see log files for more details.
The error occurs when the SAS® Data Management server repository is stored in the Postgres database.
