In SAS Forecast Analyst Workbench 5.2, the plan creation action fails when two plans are submitted for creation through batch mode.
Two issues have been observed.
Example 1
ERROR: A lock is not available for CONFIG.PLAN_THREAD.DATA.
ERROR: Lock held by process 42812.
ERROR: A lock is not available for CONFIG.PLAN_THREAD.DATA. ERROR: Lock held by process 42812.
In this situation, the lock is not available when the STP procedure is trying to insert the record for the plan in the config.plan_thread data set.
Example 2
ERROR: Expecting page 1, got page -1 instead.
ERROR: Page validation error while reading ABT.PLAN_KPI_ABT_INDEP_TEMP2.DATA.
ERROR: Expecting page 1, got page -1 instead.
ERROR: Page validation error while reading ABT.PLAN_KPI_ABT_INDEP_TEMP2.DATA.

This example pertains to the interim data set that is being created in the ABT library during the plan creation process.
