Problem Note 55098: Forecast plan creation fails when multiple users try creating the plan simultaneously in SAS® Forecast Analyst Workbench 5.2

In SAS Forecast Analyst Workbench 5.2, when multiple users attempt to create the same forecast plan simultaneously, the application presents the following error in the stored process log:
ERROR: CLI execute error: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "pk_plan_hierarchy_node" Key (plan_node_id)=(304669) already exists.; Error while executing the query ERROR: ROLLBACK issued due to errors for data set UIART.PLAN_HIERARCHY_NODE.DATA.
