Problem Note 55083: You might not be able to attach a file to a comment in SAS® Enterprise Case Management with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9
In SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might not be able to attach a file to a comment when you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 9. The problem might occur after you add a comment to an attachment and click Post. When the problem occurs, the system displays a 0% progress indicator and does not attach the file.
To work around the problem, you can use a different browser or a different version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
