Problem Note 55039: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio stops responding when a campaign contains a text box, an image, or both
SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might stop responding when a campaign diagram contains a text box, an image, or both.
The following error message appears about 30 seconds after SAS Customer Intelligence becomes unresponsive:
An error occurred. Please contact you system administrator.
Error: Error #1502
SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might be unresponsive for a period of time and then become responsive once more. This behavior might be triggered by zooming in or out, multiple times, on the campaign diagram and then attempting to save the campaign.
To avoid this error, limit the number of times that you zoom in or out on the campaign.
