Problem Note 55029: The Action Items panel in SAS® Enterprise Case Management might display an activity without a Task Transition status
When you edit a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you can update the task status for the case on the Action Items panel. The Action Items panel should display only tasks that require action by a user. However, the panel might also incorrectly display workflow activities and decision gateways that do not require user action. You cannot choose a task status for these entries.
There is no workaround for this problem.
