Problem Note 55017: A global search in SAS® Enterprise Case Management might not display the most recent case status
You can use the global search capability in SAS Enterprise Case Management to search multiple sources for information about a case. The search results should show the current case status. Instead, after you make changes to a case, the global search results might show the previous case status without the changes.
There is no workaround for this problem.
