Problem Note 55886: SAS® Studio times out in two or three hours regardless of the preference setting
SAS Studio does not honor a time-out preference setting above two or three hours, depending on your edition of SAS Studio.
For SAS Studio Basic and SAS Studio Mid-Tier (the enterprise edition), the session times out in two hours if the setting is greater than two hours.
For SAS Studio Single-User, the session times out in three hours if the setting is greater than three hours.
