Problem Note 55805: Staged treatments might be presented on incorrect dates in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager campaigns
SAS Real-Time Decision Manager enables you to specify date ranges when a staged offer can be presented. However, that date range is not always honored in campaigns that use the staged offer. There are two cases when this happens:
- If you use the start and expire dates for the treatment as well as the staged offer presentation dates, then only the presentation dates are used. The treatment dates are ignored.
- If a treatment is staged initially and then re-staged with a different set of target dates, the original dates are the ones that are used. The updated dates are ignored.
