Problem Note 55516: Opening the Edit Action Columns dialog box requires that you wait up to a minute to display a window
In SAS® Visual Scenario Designer, when you open an Edit Action Columns dialog box, you might experience a delay of up to a minute before the dialog box appears. In addition, you might experience a similar delay when opening a new action column.
There is no workaround.

Editing and/or saving an action column can take up to a minute to display a window. There are no workarounds identified at this time.
