Usage Note 55513: Attempting to create a custom theme might return the error "Failed to create folders in DAV"
When you are using the SAS® Theme Designer for Flex to create a custom theme, you might encounter the following error:
Image save error: faultCode:Server.Processing faultString:'java.lang.RuntimeException :
Failed to create folders in DAV: Previously failed to connect to
http://myhost:443/SASContentServer/repository/default/sasdav for sasdemo' faultDetail:'null'
This error can occur if you have configured your environment for SSL and the configuration is incomplete for WebDAV. To complete the configuration, refer to "Reconfiguring the WebDAV Repository URL" section under the Manual Configuration Tasks topic in the SAS 9.4 Intelligence Platform: Middle-Tier Administration Guide. In particular, ensure that the Host, Port, and Secure options are all correct for all of the services mentioned on the page.
If you make any changes, restart your SAS® Web Application Server.
