Problem Note 55477: NCOA jobs fail and return the error "NCOA Zip Tab Index out of bounds"

In DataFlux® Data Management Server, certain addresses cause National Change of Address (NCOALink) jobs to fail and return this error:
NCOA Zip Tab Index out of bounds
If you run DataFlux Data Management Server, click the Downloads tab in this note to download the patch for this problem.
After you apply this patch, the NCOALink job runs to completion, but it returns this error for certain addresses:
