Problem Note 55034: The "Order Number" and "SAS Installation Key" fields in SAS® Download Manager are truncated

Panels presented by the SAS Download Manager might have oddities such as truncation of the Order Number and SAS Installation Key fields. Here is an example.
If you encounter this, first try resizing the panel by dragging one of the corners. If this fails to resize the panel, try the following steps.
- Type your order and key numbers in Notepad. Select and copy both of these numbers.
- In the Order Information dialog box, click Paste From Clipboard and then click Next.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
