Problem Note 54941: SAS® Data Management Studio does not display online Help information

The online Help files in SAS Data Management Studio do not open properly.
Ordinarily, to access the Help information in SAS Data Management Studio 2.6, you would click the ? on the menu bar or from the SAS Data Management Studio online Help link. However, when you do so, a problem occurs. Either a blank web page is presented or there is no action at all.
