Problem Note 54928: Changing the tracing level in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio does not affect the logging level for the SAS® Digital Marketing server log

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, you can control the logging level of SAS Customer Intelligence solutions by selecting Setup ► Environment Variables ► Logging ► Tracing level. However, this setting does not control the logging level for the SAS Digital Marketing Server log.

To work around this issue, see SAS Note 54927, "Enabling debugging for SAS® Digital Marketing 6.3."
