Problem Note 54869: Performance Data-Entry portlet at the SAS Information Delivery Portal might not include all SAS Strategy Management selected elements

If you select a page at the SAS Information Delivery portal that includes a Performance Data-Entry portlet, you might find it does not include all elements selected in the SAS Strategy Management data-entry form.
Specifically, the problem occurs when you perform these steps:
- In SAS Strategy Management Builder you select Project ► Manage Data Entry Forms to access the Manage Data Entry Forms page.
- On the Manage Data Entry Forms page, you click the
icon to create a new form or the 
icon to edit an existing form. - At the Elements tab you select 40 or more elements.
