Problem Note 54780: Applying a column formula in SAS® Strategy Management might result in an "HTTP Status 500" exception

In SAS Strategy Management, you might encounter the following error when you apply a column formula:
HTTP Status 500 - Servlet execution threw an exception type Exception report message Servlet execution threw an exception description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request. exception javax.servlet.ServletException: Servlet execution threw an exception
The problem occurs when you perform the following steps:
- You click the
icon and select Apply formula from a scorecard-table column heading. - On the Apply a Formula to a Column page, you select the Advanced Formula button to define a column formula.
- You define a formula in the Advanced Formula window, and then click OK to close the window.
- The formula appears in the Formula definition window on the Apply a Formula to a Column page, and you click OK.
