When a user creates a Job in SAS^® Clinical Data Integration, unable to register output table from user-written transform and cannot save job.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a job
2. Drag in User-Written code transformation
3. Add some code
4. Save the Job
5. Right-click on output table and select register table
6. You do not get the pop-up window to set the properties for the table
7. Add anything additional to the job
8. Attempt to save the job

Expected behavior, the job saves as expected. Actual behavior, you cannot save the job.
