In the SAS^® Digital Marketing category of SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the options Production and Design are available on the Recipient List page. When you edit a broadcast, selecting the Design option to view the Design page might cause SAS Digital Marketing to lose all tracked variables. This loss of variables includes the crumblet, which is used to track emails that are opened.

When the broadcast is executed, all tracked links fail to be recorded in the SAS Digital Marketing response table.

To work around the problem, avoid viewing the Design page.
