When you use the SAS Digital Marketing broadcast category of SAS Customer Intelligence Studio to edit e-mail content, the text portion of the content might be lost if you perform the following steps:

1. Create a new broadcast.
2. Navigate to the content editor and import the HTML file.
3. Save the broadcast.
4. Click the Text tab and import the text file.
5. Save the broadcast.
6. Click the HTML tab. Then click Edit content, change the HTML, and accept the changes.
7. Save the broadcast.
8. Click the Text tab.

After completing these tasks, the text portion of the content in the email will be missing.

To work around this issue, you need to do one of the following:

• Import the HTML and text at the same time in the first Import dialog box.
• Save and exit the broadcast before you reopen it and change the HTML.
