Problem Note 54611: Cannot configure captain specific tuning parameters

SAS® Revenue Optimization does not allow each grid captain to have custom values for tuning parameters like max_inmem_gps, max_cpu_threads, or max_io_threads. For most implementations where all grid nodes contain the same number of CPU cores and same amount of RAM, this restriction does not have a performance impact.
In implementations where grid captains have different numbers of CPU cores or different amounts of RAM, this restriction might impact performance. When grid captains have different resources, the tuning parameters must be set to the lowest common denominator. This means captains with more resources might be under used.
