Problem Note 54595: When SAS® Enterprise Guide® is running in a Citrix environment, the Copy and Paste actions might not work correctly
If you copy and paste HTML or SAS Report results from SAS Enterprise Guide to Microsoft Excel, the content might not be displayed correctly in Excel.
Typically, this problem occurs when SAS Enterprise Guide is running in a Citrix environment.
To work around the issue, try adding HTML Format as an additional "custom" Citrix-supported format as described in the Citrix Support article Troubleshooting Client Clipboard Issues. In the article, refer to the section "How to add a Custom Clipboard Format to a MetaFrame Server."
