Problem Note 54576: Arbitration of decision treatment campaigns returns incorrect results when the arbitration relies on sorting custom detail values
SAS Real-Time Decision Manager enables you to use arbitration to determine which offers are the best ones for a given customer. One way to order the potential offers that are returned by treatment campaigns is a sort that is based on the treatment campaign custom details. However, this sort returns incorrect results. Other types of arbitration, such as custom arbitration and sorting custom detail tags, continue to return correct results. No errors or warnings appear in the logs when this incorrect sort occurs.
To work around this problem, use custom detail tags to hold the values that must be sorted for arbitration.
