Installation Note 54528: You cannot schedule input data or scenarios when you use UTF-8 and DBCS characters in the Microsoft Windows Scheduler
In SAS® Marketing Optimization, you cannot schedule input data or scenarios in the Windows Scheduler when you use the UTF-8 encoding and double-byte character set (DBCS) characters.
