Problem Note 54427: Broadcast resources that are published to the web might fail to be resolved by email recipients in SAS® Digital Marketing

In SAS Digital Marketing, broadcast resources that are published to the web might fail to be resolved by email recipients.
This problem occurs when the broadcast has already been executed and additional or updated resources are then published or re-pubished. The newly published material might not be displayed for email recipients. This issue occurs because the BESS cache is not updated with the new web resources.
