Problem Note 54417: Loading data from a Celebrus 8 database in SAS® Customer Experience Analytics might result in encoding errors
SAS Customer Experience Analytics uses the CXA_ETL job in order to load data from a Celebrus database. In SAS Customer Experience Analytics 6.1, loading data from a Celebrus 8 database might result in encoding errors. These errors occur because Celebrus 8 uses UTF8 encoding, unlike Celebrus 7.x.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, SAS Customer Experience Analytics 6.1 can run with Celebrus 8.
