Problem Note 54405: Extracting campaigns using the SAS® Marketing Automation Integration Utilities might fail with an error message
When using SAS Marketing Automation Integration Utilities to extract campaigns, you might encounter the following error message in the maextract log:

ERROR: A problem has occurred extracting - [sasdemo] CI Business Context\Campaigns\Outbound\Test (BBEFI52AEVE3QXIS)
MADOInfo: getFieldValue - Need to handle fieldType of >>class com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException<< for name = EnclosedException
Extract completed. 0 object(s) were extracted. 1 error(s) were reported.
The error occurs when a campaign message contains an application exception.
To work around the issue, delete this message from the Campaign message log before extracting the campaign, as shown in the example below:
