Problem Note 54359: Effective price might be incorrect for products that have a regular price override

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, effective price might be incorrect. Preference is incorrectly given to promotions that have a higher % off or $ off without considering the effective price due to regular price overrides. This issue impacts the effective price in promotions and in the sales forecast export.
There is no workaround for this issue.
