Problem Note 54225: Users who are listed in the SAS® Customer Intelligence Access Control Template (ACT) cannot create business contexts after a migration
Users who are listed in the SAS Customer Intelligence ACT should not be used for creating business contexts.
These users are not allowed to remove or modify SAS Customer Intelligence ACT user permissions from within SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, so they are explicitly filtered from the permissions list.
This restriction is documented in the section "Assigning User Permissions for Business Contexts" ("Chapter 3: Security") in the SAS® Marketing Automation 6.4: Administrator's Guide.
