Problem Note 54177: SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio users might experience instability problems when the architecture includes SAS® Digital Marketing
Users might experience instability in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio if the architecture includes SAS Digital Marketing. As a result, access to the applications might not be possible.
When this problem occurs, investigating the thread-dump logs reveals a thread leak, which consumes all of the memory that is available over a number of hours. The lack of available memory then causes the instability that users experience in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio. Restarting the SAS Customer Intelligence Studio server temporarily frees the available memory.
The instability is due to a problem that occurs when the SAS Customer Intelligence common data model is updated with SAS Digital Marketing responses.
