Problem Note 54161: The SAS® Enhanced Editor key command "Extend selection down" does not exist with Spanish regional settings

When you use SAS® 9.3 and you select Tools ► Options ► Enhanced Editor Keys, you might find that the Extend selection down command is not listed.
In addition, the Shift+Down key combination associated with this command does not extend the selection down.
This problem occurs when the system locale for the Windows operating system is set to Spanish.
